Vacancy: A Contact Center, Customer Service Representative / Front Desk

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
o Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
o Generate sales leads
o Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
o Build sustainable relationships
o Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions.
o Keep records of customer interactions
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
o Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualification / Experience

o B.Sc. / HND in any relevant field.
o Must understand 2 local languages
o Proven customer support experience
o Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
