A final year student of a tertiary institution, LASU has committed suicide due to her inability to pay her school fees.
The LASU student who was later confirmed to be Adeola, committed the suicide on Thursday October 7, by drinking sniper after every means to get her school fee were all to no avail
According to sources at the institution, it was reported that Adeola was depressed following her inability to pay her school fees which prevented her from taking her final examination.
She was a sandwich student and prior to her death, the victim had notified those on her contact list that she might be committing suicide. She was said to have written on her Whatsapp status:
“If you love me, let me know because today may be the last chance for you. When I’m gone you won’t be able to tell me you love me.”
