Ijaw indigenes set to organize a candle light to honor Sylvester
The 11-year-old Dowen college student, Sylvester died on Tuesday, November 30, from injuries he sustained after he was allegedly assaulted by his seniors.
He was from the Ijaw ethnic group in Delta state.
A statement released by the Ijaw Youth Council has directed all Ijaw indigenes to light up candles at 7pm today in honor of Sylvester.
