21-storey building under construction reportedly collapsed in Lagos
A 21-storey building that was under construction in Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, area of Lagos State, collapsed on Monday afternoon with rubbles destroying cars and other things around it.
Details are sketchy as it is unclear how many people are trapped.
